Lucy moved to the Finger Lakes more than a decade ago to explore her love of wine and quickly fell in love with all that the area has to offer.  After years of working for producers in the Finger Lakes wine industry she made the jump to open Folk Bottle, a curated bottle shop in Penn Yan, and is proud to be a part of this great community! 

After graduating with a degree in Business Management from Empire State College in 2016, Lucy joined the team at Wine Trail Properties that fall in order to continue to develop her knowledge and skill set. Lucy is experienced with guiding first time homebuyers through the buying process, evaluating the value of investment properties, and assessing the potential of a fixer-upper.

Lucy and her husband Derek have first-hand experience with making purchases that “have potential” and turning them into something beautiful.  They purchased their first short-term rental property in Saratoga Springs, NY during the spring of 2021, and recently renovated the property that is home to her bottle shop right here in the Finger Lakes.
