His real estate experience includes: regional lakefront properties, single & multi-family residential, farm & recreational land, commercial & investment properties, new home construction and land development. He owns and manages several multi-family and mixed-use properties as well as having earned a growing reputation for high quality results in upgrading properties throughout the area.

He is a life-long resident and businessman in the Finger Lakes area. He owned and operated Penn Yan Auto Parts, Inc. for many years. He served as Vice President of Merchandise & Distribution for Iron Age Corporation from 1997 through the end of 2004.

Dave was a charter member and initial chairman of Yates County Tomorrow. He served many years as a board member of the Yates County IDA and has been a strong supporter of economic development for the area.

He and his wife Linda reside near Penn Yan and have raised four children and now enjoy their grandchildren and grand-dogs. He is an active member of St. Michael's Parish in Penn Yan.
